I find their analysis somewhat odd. They appear to categorize a state by most recent single poll rather than trends.
They have Ohio as "Barely Kerry" based apparently on an Oct. 2-4 SUSA poll which has Kerry 49%, Bush 48%. But a Ras mussen poll from 9/25-10/2 has Bush 48% to Kerry 47% and a Dispatch poll from 9/22-10/1 has Bush 51% to Kerry 44%. Gallup has Bush up by 2%, Strategic Vision by 10%. Bush has had the lead in Ohio in every poll since mid-August, and the lead seesawed before then. At worst (for Bush) the state might be considered tied or too close to call.
Similarly, they have Louisiana as "Weak Bush". Bush's worst poll showing was a 6 point margin. He has a double digit lead in most others.
On the other side, I don't see Delaware, a state where even the Republicans are liberal, as "Weak Kerry".
