That's all nice
but he is screwed. Just hang him from the nearest tree. Forget about law. If he walks riots (unlike OJ) will ensue all over the county. Welcome to the Hutsi and the Tutu. God help us.

That was an interesting article. It sounds like that area was bound to have a violent confrontation at some point. Stealing off a porch, then home burglaries, then with people home sounds like things had continued to escalate.

Maybe the MSM should have done their homework before pronouncing Zimmerman guilty and inflaming the mobs.
Hell, every time they refer to MAJ Hassan, they refer to him as the alleged shooter.
Given the number of eye witnesses and the fact that Hassan was shot while firing at the cops with the murder weapon, I don't think there is really that much doubt there, though I suppose he could claim an evil twin defense.

If the press educated the populace to the fact that Zimmerman's nearly as black as Obama, that might slake the Tutsi/Hutu thirst for blood, right?

Sad circumstance.
The background would indicate that neither Zimmerman nor Martin had quite the right mindset or judgement for the circumstance.
Just an observation, not trying to convict or acquit.
That is too often the case.
People who possess the right mindset and judgement to handle such a difficult circumstance also possess the mindset and judgement to avoid the difficult circumstance in the first place.
There is no way to write a law which will address all contingencies.

Many points well made here.
Can't help but notice that the article ended with an air of "well he started out OK, but see, he was "troubled" and therefore ready to take the law into his own hands...."
I don't think I have enough information to form any sort of valid opinion, but I did find this interesting:
http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/americ...ylist_id=87651
It appears that Mr. Dershowitz believes that the prosecutor is "not handling things well"......

Zimmerman Sues NBC Universal
Quote:
George Zimmerman, charged in the shooting death of a 17-year-old Florida boy, is suing NBC Universal for using "the oldest form of yellow journalism" by editing an audio tape of his 911 call to make him sound racist, the lawsuit says.

A very good juxtaposition TR! This deluge of misinformation/disinformation from MSM is very, very troubling The cynical bastard in me thinks that we are under attack from a well thought out PSYOPs - racial and class warfare. It has all the hallmarks. The, perhaps, naive optimist in me thinks that it is all from misguided, but well-meaning, chuckle-heads on the left that have been left to their own devises by a leaderless and inept opposition. Hence my confusion
Put another log on the fire.

It doesn't help when POTUS claims, on national TV (NBC, I believe), that Trayvon could've been his son, too; as he holds up a photo from Trayvon's younger years.
Perhaps Zimmerman can sue the chosen one for similar cause.

Yeah! That really bothered me too. I think that this is the first time that a POTUS got involved in a what was a local LE issue and now it appears - a civil matter. Way out of bounds IMO.

Almost as soon as he was inaugurated he got involved in that officer responding to an apparently burglary, with the professor who promptly hit speed-dial and got POTUS, the Cambridge guy that resulted in the "beer summit."
Before anything was in from anyone (other than his professor buddy) he made a very public statement,
"Clearly, the police acted stupidly...."
So when Trayvon came along he was, as Jimi would say, "experienced."
There was something, I can't quite put my finger on it, in common between that professor & the police officer, and Trayvon and Zimmerman.....

Yeah, I know. This whole racial/class warfare Psyops thing that is going on is really starting to piss me off As I said before, I just can't decide if this is by design and is part of a grander plan or it is simply the chuckleheaded libs running amuck aided by the MSM without the constraints of a strong, loyal opposition

Now where would the news be in that?
That incident would barely make the local papers.
