CSM John Gibeau liar and fraud

This individual is a joke. He was in the Army for 10 years, and even "tried" Special Forces training but failed. The funny part is after ten years in the Army he was discharged as a "Private". That's hard to do unless you "stomp" on your crank.
CSM John Gibeau liar and fraud now you have earned a place here, in the Special Forces "Hall of Shame". Well done!

Edited to add the F.O.I.A. Data:

Note: Page 5 the last assignments shown are:

"940607
IMPRMT
RCF, Ft. Lewis, WA"

While not an abbreviation found in AR 600-8-104, that entry appears to translate:

"June 7, 1994
Imprisonment
Regional Correctional Facility, Fort Lewis, Washington"

Followed by:

"950226
CASUAL
B Brty, PCF, Ft. Sill, OK"

which appears to translate:

"February 26, 1995
Casual [no duty assignment]
Personnel Control Facility
Fort Sill, Oklahoma"

So it looks like eight months confinement, that could be the result of either a
Special Court-Marital (empowered to adjudge a Bad Conduct Discharge), or a
General Court-Martial.

Thereafter he would be "assigned" to a personnel control facility
for paperwork purposes while either a Bad Conduct Discharge or a Dishonorable
Discharge was subject to automatic review by the Army appellate court(s).

Then the conviction and sentence affirmed and discharge effective January 19, 1996.

I am really new to Fauna, and only read the first page of the thread.

On a side note, the "CSM" in my screen name stands for Command Sergeant Major. As in E-9, United States Army Command Sergeant Major. Rich, give me what you have on the fat-bodied Specialist Miller, because making up a post like he did and lying like that, means he is probably still in.

One phone call, and I can make his life hell.

Being in Arizona and having my kids in the Queen Creek/San Tan area any recommendations on contacting this POS and letting him know he has been found out?? Or does he already know??
