Cheney gets new heart; nation also hopeful that Biden gets a brain, Obama some courage, and a house drops on Pelosi.

I'm surprised no one made a "They found a heart in there?" comment

I've heard some refer to his procedure as a heart implant.

They gave me the video camera as an E-4 during Desert Storm, and I got to meet and follow him around recording his visit on board the U.S.S. Worden, CG-18. He was flown in and lowered to the deck via a CH-47 Chinook(if memory serves), as we did not have an actual helo pad.

I was 21 at the time and had no idea who he was, other than the SECDEF, and had no clue what an honor it was to have him stop by and eat dinner aboard 40 or so miles off the coast of Iran (as we were the northern most war ship).
