Gun engraving

Did a quick search, no find. Looking for someone in the MDW area who can engrave a personal logo on a retirement gift for a friend. The gift is a Glock 22.

It's going good. Can't complain, people still let me in the door, and gave me an office, kicking and screaming, (me and them). I still seem to get into a bit of trouble when possible, just sat in the old man's office when I made a not so PC comment. He didn't mind, he was just trying to keep my dark American a$$ out of the shit. I will look at a few places. Just wanted to make sure it was vetted by a QP before I got some a-whole claiming to be good.

Blue, if I could get down there, I would take it to one of the places you guys would recommend. Hell that's still an option. The art will be custom and I will need to get two guns done by 27 April if possible. My problem is I'm out the door in few weeks for a few months.

Try laser....

I used the wood shop laser- I teacher Auto Shop at the same high school- to engrave the slide of my G27. All it does is burn the Glock goup they use for a coating off, but it looks nice enough.
And before anyone asks, all I took on campus was a stripped slide. No interest in picking up a felony at this stage in life.
I'm way out west, but if I can help in anyway PM me and we'll try and work it out. Can post a pic tomorrow if you like too.
