Ongoing attack in the town center of Liége, Belgium
First reports say that three attackers threw explosives into the crowd and opened fire on central court house, two people are reported dead apparently a two year old kid is between dead and life.

Belgian media report that flashbangs and Kalashnikovs were used in the attack.
