Geezus. It's like sharing a cell with Charles Manson then being transferred into Jeffrey Daumer's cell...

It's a mad, mad world when one of the two parties is considering placing a self identified marxist in a leadership position on a committee that oversees the financial industry.

I was going to say "like going from the frying pan to the fire", but I think your analogy is more appropriate!

She's obviously overqualified for that position.

I can hardly wait for her to start spouting her marxist rhetoric in front of the cameras.

Start?

Have you not seen and heard her already?

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

Just keep them in the minority and she can't do too much damage.

Maxine Waters????

It could be worse, The House Leadership could appoint someone that actually knew something about Money & Banking, Finance & Economics. e g The Book titled " The Creature from Jekyll Island" by G. Edward Griffin...... Mr. Griffin states about the cover of the book " The use of the Great Seal of the United States is not without significance. At first the artist contemplated changing the eagle into a vulture. That, would attract attention and also make a statement. Upon reflection, however, we realized that the vulture is really harmless. It may be ugly, but it is a scsvenger, not a killer. The eagle, on the other hand, is a predator. It is a regal creature to behold, but it is deadly to its prey. Furthermore, as portrayed on the dollar, it is protected by the shield of the United States government even though it is independent of it. Finally, it holds within its grasp the choice between peace or war. The parallels were too great to ignore. We decided to keep the eagle. Regard's, Tom Kelly
