If you have 30 minutes;
Head to your old fashioned barber shop for a haircut and a shave, real old smelly Italian barbers, not metrostylists, talk about women, sports, and local idiot politicians.
If you have 2 hours;
Grab a beer or coffee and watch either Casablanca, The Searchers, A Bridge Too Far,Bullit, Blazing Saddles, or The Pink Panther.
If you have a day;
Grab a buddy and go fishing or hunting, catch or kill something and eat it.

I'm with you Bob,
If i need to relax, it's off to the range.
Unfortunately here in S Florida it's the indoor range.
Even though they are set up for anythihng up to 50BMG.
Nothing takes my mind off life for a while than putting lead thru one small hole.
Ok trying at least.
