Nuha Mohammed Al-Doaifi, Florida Institute of Technology Student, Spits On Woman At
Story Here
I know I know, I am referencing the Huff Post. There are many articles but chose this one to avoid any liberal doubt about the story.
I say she is charged with hate crime. If i was the employee, i would push and push and kick and scream to make sure it was. I would then go to the school president and ask what they plan do to about anti-American who is now a felon and possibly using federal or state funds to attend the school.

When she was arrested, she told officers that she was spitting on 'white people' because a 'higher authority' made her do it and that 'Americans are pushing us around.'
Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the Palm Bay Police Department, said: 'Her actions were directed at random people based on their ethnicity, and that's according to her own statement.'
Al-Doaifi was accompanied by her 15-month-old son during the incident.
The misdemeanor charge was also accompanied by a hate crime enhancement, which could upgrade Al-Doaifi's battery charge to a felony.

Did you read the article you posted? She was charged with a hate crime.
And since when is the presumption of innocence the sole province of liberals?

A more efficient resolution might be to expel her for violating her school's code of student conduct, available here.
