I don't know if I should laugh or cry after viewing the photos at this website. I realized that you can't swing a dead cat without hitting an idiot these days but even then I underestimated the stupidity out there.

The $20-$50 incentive really brings them out. It would be great if law enforcement folks tie into this and nail a few of these dim-wits.
