Now there is an example of inhumane treatment, who would ever come up with an idea like that?

when they figure out how to camo a skunk and deploy on command!! Only an SF could make that happen.........

Actually I have an idea on that last one.

The hard part is getting the collar on the critter. Attach an overhead swing arm from the collar so it it hangs food in front of the critter. Using GPS to control the arm, move it so the critter will chase the food.
