Lego bolt-action Barrett

Someone clearly had too much time on his hands. But at least he used it to do something "productive."

Barrett

Edited to add: Apparently this kid makes a lot of these.

I have to give kudos to that one. The fact that it has moving action, a removable magazine and fires projectiles is too cool. They certainly have a creative imagination.

Home Made Coil Gun

This video always fascinated me. Its in the same spirit more or less than the lego rifle. Thought it was pretty fascinating what people can do with off the shelf parts.

Pretty awesome.

A couple of years ago I was at the Museum of Science and Industry, they had some city models made from Legos. Amazing stuff...

I visited the Barrett factory in the mid nineties. It was great. Showed us how he test fired the first one into a garbage pale in his garage. Ronnie never looked back,

God Bless American Kids... I bet that kid could solve this whole Libyian crisis with some Lincoln Logs and an RC car.
