I came to work today b/c i dont have cable or tv at home. And once here was called by my co-worker and asked why did i go to work. Ks has a state of emergency due to the weather conditions ice and snow drifts. I made it took me an hour for 15 miles...lol But i did notice my car is the only one here on Camp Funston...hmm maybe i should i get cable or live in a town where i can get radio reception...lol

Here was all hype, we had a nice snow but nothing close to a blizzard.....now East of here (Dozers AO) I think they got it a bit worse.

Came home for RR drove with the kids to Kansas from Lousiana but on the day we leave we get some flurries. We hit oklahoma and it opens up speed limit went down from 70 to 35mph. An 11 hour ride took 14 almost 15 hours. My family left in Ks all stayed home. Hope they got canned goods and water.
