It's understandable for one to conflate Clinton/Obama sycophants.

For what it's worth, I've heard Mr. Clinton is a very personable. Look at the way George Bush senior and him have become friends. Regardless, he continues to rack up pretty substantial revenue from giving speeches. Although, the state department plans on scrutinizing his foreign engagements so as to not have a conflict of interest. With his wife being the Secretary of State, how is that even possible?

The Harrah's Foundation presented former President Bill Clinton with a $1 million donation to the William J. Clinton Foundation Monday at Caesars Palace. Clinton then gave a speech to Harrah's employees and others about his work in Haiti, why individual charity and volunteering can make a difference, and his belief that Nevada will make it out of the economic downturn even stronger than before.

Mr. Clinton is a big draw for the foundation, giving speeches around the world including more than a dozen in Canada since 2006. That helps the foundation pull in about $250-million annually in donations.

One of the foundation’s largest donors is Vancouver mining executive Frank Giustra, who has pledged $100-million (Canadian) to the foundation. Two weeks after the federal government’s gift to the Clinton foundation, Mr. Giustra joined Mr. Clinton and Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim in announcing plans to launch a $20-million (U.S.) fund to finance small business in Haiti.

I would love to go through the books and see how the money in this foundation is spent. According to the 2009 tax return, 559 employees made a total of $38,212,118 in salaries etc. An average of $68,357 per employee. Not a bad gig.
