We had a guy in our store today that mentioned that it was 1/11/11 and that it was his birthday. I looked over at the clock and it was 11:11. He needs to go buy a lottery ticket.

My 7-year old nephew was exposed to that apocolypic BS when it was on TV a few months ago and got all wide-eyed and shaky about it. The only way his mother could make him chill out was to promise him that he and his sister could have their Christmas presents a week early that year.
