TB "crushed" in Khandahar

Anand Gopal is a freelance journalist for the likes of WSJ and CSM.

He's now issuing brief dispatches via his Twitter account. Amongst them states he's just met with Taliban commanders in the area and reports "I spoke to 3 TB cmdrs from Kandahar today. All are completely demoralized and shell-shocked. They blame their leaders."

What!? Killing off the enemy and denying them safe refuge has left them, "shell shocked and demoralized"? What a revolutionary strategy! I'm shocked, SHOCKED I say!

They've eradicated tuberculosis in Kandahar? We're on a roll!

That's exactly what I was thinking when I read the title, Richard.

I was expecting an article on good things 18D's are doing...
