This video is perhaps best summed up by the comment, " I miss the 50s. Nice solid engineering and a society not afraid to squirt a few nukes off once in a while."

Don't know if it's true. My mom said dad witnessed them lighting one off ( an A- bomb ) in NM before he was assigned to SAC.
She said he was different after he got back from that trip.

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it.
