Need help finding a friend in the Air Force

I have a friend in the Air Force that I've lost touch with. The background is that I'm a member of a small, close-knit group of folks from a sports car message board. Every summer for a number of years, we went to Deals Gap in the Smoky Mountains for a week to drive the great roads in the area and drink beer/party/etc.
Money concerns led to the closing of the old message board. Most folks we kept track of through Facebook or email. Somehow, no one got this guy's contact information before the board was closed. Now, we have resurrected the message board and gotten the old group of friends back together. His presence is missed and I was hoping someone here could assist in getting his email address so we could invite him to the new message board. I have his name, rank and command - please PM me if you can help. I spent 2 hours on Google and searching the AF website, but with no luck. He's a colonel and I considered emailing the PAO for his command, but I doubt they would give me any information.
If anyone can be of assistance, I would really appreciate it! He's a great guy and we miss having him around the board.
