Retirement Gift Suggestions ?

Someone is retiring after 22 years AD ( not SF ) and is a CWO3.

I would like to give a gift ( $50 range).

Any ideas ? Suggestions ? ( Also, suggestions can include what NOT to give, as well !). This is not a relative or someone I have known my whole life.

Thanks !!

Big coffee mug with his unit emblems and Retired on it or something. Maybe have it made. Chiefs drink a lot of coffee.

CWO3 would probably make him a pilot? Maybe a model of on the A/C he flew, with proper serials and all?

Now that he is going to be considered nothing more than an irritant on the DOD budget line who will do all that it can circumvent any preconceived promises the chief thinks were made to him, include with TS's suggestion a flotation vest so he doesn't drown himself when he finds out the truth about "how the DOD values its retirees".
