Weekend Visitor..

Looks like we may have a Caribbean Tourista visiting our AO in the next 24 hours..

Going to throw a real damper on the other Touristas coming in for mini-lobster season..

I'll try to keep her busy for a couple hours,, then Richard or Big Teddy will need to pick up the tab..

If anyone is in the KW area and needs a place to hide..

Hold tight..

Good luck JJ! Please keep us posted. We’ll send a few prayers your way.

Sorry to hear it is headed you way. It has been hanging out here disorganized
And raining a lot. We had a meeting with the cominity organizers and put them to work. They got it organized and pointed west. We told the to send it to Cuba but I guess they did not understand and thought we said send it after the cubans in the north. If you want come down here and relax until it passes. I have an bedroom free.

Thanks all,, I'm guessing this is just going to be a very wet weekend.

They have opened the shelters, but that is mainly for our transients that don't go North this summer. Acorn talked then into staying for the census and election in the fall,, it the count holds,, we will get two(2) new congressional districts in KW alone,, Barry needs the votes..

I just hope she doesn't mess with the commercial traps that have already been set. At 10 USD a pop,, the loss of 50-70 K traps will put a hurt on an industry that is scared shiite-less worrying about the oil in the Gulf..

OK ,ok, I admit it. I took a bug from one of the traps and put it in my BC on my last dive for the class lobster boil.

I promise I have pumped a lot money into the local economy over the years to make up for it.

If it gets bad go to the high ground. That used to be upstairs at ricks.

Yeah, but Bob, there ain't nothin' like a good 'ol Hurricane party when one's a blowin'.

What do we REALLY have out here? Nothing but an old REO Speedwagon to fall back on.

For about 8 years I lived right on the beach. I was never comfortable from June to October. I'll take a blizzard any day over those big hot wet nasty things.

That didn't exactly sound right did it?

Well,, Bonnie was a Large ZERO..

We had maybe 10-15 minutes rain during the night. Blue skies after sun-up. I mowed the lawn..

Hopefully Bonnie will disappear before Teddy wants to move to Alaska??
