There would be a tendency to load it down with too much light weight gear. Then, when it breaks down everyone has to carry all the extra weight.
A more likely scenario is each team member carrying the usual 120 pounds with another 340 pounds divided amongst the guys after it breaks down. Don't forget with the fuel and battery, you'll have hydraulic fluid that will need to be replaced, oil for the engine, etc. In the field, the simpler, the better. This thing looks pretty complex.
Maybe bring back the M274 Mechanical Mule.
