"PT park" St.Paul

Visiting St Paul end of this week for vacation. First since 2007.

Was wondering if there are any parks / areas that offer simple setups of pullup bars, dips etc.

Can I assume St. Paul, MN, or is that incorrect?

Re: "PT park" St. Paul

Arcticrat,
Try either community park at 2050 Roselawn Ave, Falcon Heights, MN or University Grove Park on Coffman Street in Falcon Heights. Both about 20 minute drive from St. Paul. They're in the vicinity of the university golf course. I used to use the circuit training course (includes pullups, dips, etc) at the Roselawn location back in 2003 when I attended the U of M. Haven't been there since but they should still be there.

Arcticrat,

The link below will take you to the St. Paul Park and Rec website. I was doing some quick searching and didnt find anything specific for circuit training, but there is some contact information available. I can make the call for you and message you tomorrow. I am also curious, as I visit the Twin Cities on a regular basis.

The Minneapolis Park and Rec site is here. Thought I would add that since its so close.

Weekend Warrior's advice is probably your best bet, but thought these resources may help.

I will be traveling to Norway this August. Extremely excited to visit your country!

Called the park and red department and didn't have any luck, but I question the sources reliability. According to the secretary in the office none of the parks in the city have equipment for pull ups, dips, etc.
