SFAS Training! When is "ready?"

Hello,

I would like to say thank you for letting me be a part of this forum. There is so much cool stuff on here, I'll be reading for months.

I have been training for SFAS and showing steady progress. My push ups & sit ups are going well, my rucking is my best event, but my run is weak due to a year-long fight with tendonitis (which is finally going away). My run is getting better.

You guys have probably heard this a thousand times, but how does a person know they are ready to tackle SFAS?

Thanks, in advance, for any advice you throw my way.

When you are consistantly surpassing the standards for entry by a large margin, when you have forgotten the last time you had a PT score under 300, when your every waking moment and most of your dreaming involves achieving your goal, and when you look up surprised to find that you have your ruck on.

Welcome to the boards.

Oh, and do have a very SF day.

Welcome also. When you get an 18X or Rep63 contract inked, let one of the Admins know and we'll get with you .

Take care.

No discussion necessary.
