"I pledge resistance...."

Someone sent me this yesterday (below) and I can see why. His latest pick for supreme court nominee should leave no doubt in anyones mind of his agenda. He now hates the very media the got him elected, the internet so he's making up his own news. I've no doubt he also hates America and all it stands for.... This train wreck is far from over. TS

"I pledge resistance, to the Czar,
of the Divided States of America,
and to the Communism for which he stands.
One socialist, without God, divisible,
with healthcare and welfare for all."

~ Anonymous American

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

TS Sir,

Thank you for posting this! And thank you for posting, in no uncertain terms, your views on this subject! It is refreshing to see a clear and concise message, instead of what a lot of folks spew, (not on PS.com,) but in general!

Anyone else noticed that trend recently? Journalists on down these days seem afraid to voice any opposition to "the one."

Am going to hold firm, because the belt is tightening, IMHO...

We had a Carter before we had a Reagan.

I really hope that Obama is the new Carter.

He has certainly done a lot to rehabilitate (actually it's more like creating a favorable compare and contrast environment) Carter's image. Unfortunately there aren't any Reagans visible on the horizon; at least no one "riding to the rescue". I'm left wondering if anyone of character and conviction would be willing to suffer the election process.

I have always felt that obama would make carter look like John Wayne. There is a Reagan out there, many Americans are looking for him. The MSM will not recognize or print anything positive about such a person, IMHO. My hope in the last election was that Fred Thompson would step up to the plate and drive one out of the park.....never happened for whatever reason.

All candidates must endure a brutal thrashing that can destroy a person. So why do that to yourself as you suggest. Names that come to mind include Romney, Gingrich (sp), and perhaps Huckabee. None of these seem Reaganesque to me. One thing is sure, the dims hate Palin; the trick is to figure out how to use that.

In the meantime, I pledge to resist!!

My $.02.

Well said Sir!

Am thinking out loud here, "I know I read in '04 or '05 on PS.com something about, "Team Sergeant for President!, The Reaper for Sec Def!"

Anyone else remember those?
