FLYERS

OK, Flyer Fans check this out. A client who's brother-in law is the coach for Vancouver has offered to procure Moi, series tickets via his BIL, to see the Flyers vs Montreal.
At one time I was a die hard season ticket Flyer fan; 73-77, yes, saw the First Russia series, and Two Stanley's. Sports entertainment: Philadelphia's only redeeming quality.

Edit to add: The Flyers came back form a 0-3 game deficit to beat Boston. Being a Yankees fan that was beyond F'in sweet, Crushing a Boston team is always fun to watch.

Thoroughly enjoying this playoff run! If there is a parade this year I will be there no matter what. Knocking the Rangers from playoff eligibility; launching the Devils in 5; and the history making series with Boston has been sweet.

I got rid of my season tickets this year because the organization consistently raised prices since the lockout thus "working man" fans can no longer afford it. I love the Flyers, but one game (with parking and concessions) will cost over two hundred dollars in the lower portion of the second level. The old school fans have been pushed to the roof literally. At these prices I'd rather see one or two games in person in any seat I choose and save thousands.

I will say; “It is to wage war, by sea, land and air, with all our might and with all the strength that God can give us: to wage war against a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark lamentable catalogue of human crime. That is our policy.” You ask; What is our aim? I can answer with one word: Victory—victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.-Winston Churchill

That is quite the deal. I hope you took up the offer; This run isn't going to stop until the finals. At least it better not. As a native Buffalonian my buddies may not appreciate that I like the Flyers, but anyone who beats Boston is on my A list. Plus I picked San Jose and Philly for the Cup match-up last August and I want to see it pan out for all the naysayers
