New World Record Wing Jump
Quote:
ATLUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. (April 16, 2010) -- As excitement grew, Staff
Sgt. Ben Borger soared through the gleaming blue skies over the fields of
Altus Air Force Base, breaking the current world record for the distance
flown in a wing suit flight.

This is an E ticket ride...
Watch when he exits,, He actually flies above the planes tail boom,, The plane did not go into a dive.

The jumper kind of looks like Batman with that suit. He must have had great difficulty getting that tight suit on over that giant pair of brass ones he no doubt has for making that jump/flight. At the risk of sounding like an idiot, I always find myself in awe of HALO jumpers.

You can reach the KN's on FB or their web page. Their schedule is posted, but may not have some of the small jump-ins listed.
I suspect that the wing is not park of the normal show, as it would be hard to see them coming from 5-10 miles away..

Yes, SSG. Borger flies his wingsuit during some of the airshows his team participates in.
