Leprechaun-dressed bank robber tied to Santa-dressed heist

Sad story. I knew this kid and his parents. They were in our community group at church but then dropped out a couple of years ago with serious family/marital issues. Really did have a screwed up family but, when you're struggling, that's not the time to drop out of "community" - that's when you need people around you. Unfortunately, our first reflex tends to be to isolate.
