Pro Mask PT

I've tried searching for "mask", "pro-mask", "pro mask" and "protective mask" here on the forums before starting this thread, but failed to find anything to answer my question. I apologize in advance if I have inadvertently retread old ground with this topic.

Is PT in a Pro Mask beneficial? I was considering using mine for when I do PT, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't running myself into a dead end with a program that in the end doesn't help any.

Anyone tried this and have some information they could share?

It's been done..

I believe most of the units have at one time gone through Mask PT. Only value to wearing a mast for training I found was learning to Shoot with it.
Running get you Sweat, foggy lenses, and a need for breath.

Don't need a mast to restrict breathing while running. Start with a hospital mask or two to restrict breathing and learn what speed you can maintain for a good distance.

my two cents ...
