I have seen this unfold before. The state Department threatens one individual with life in prison, it looks good on their Resume to get a conviction. If he turns on his Partners he Will get off. What a farce. What they did is no concern of me. The way the Government gets these people to testify makes me sick.

They don't. I think that is worse than going to court and at least getting the satisfaction of vindication. This way the DOJ can say that they did not have enough to convict, but they are still 'guilty'. What a huge gianormous load of poop!

The other guy is just SOL I guess. His bad, I cannot feel sorry for him.
