Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a semi-auto Rifle chambered in 7.62 x 39?
Something reliable, accurate to aprx. 600m around the $400-500 ballpark.

Considering building off the AR platform as TR suggested, but that's for another project and bigger budget.

Just looking for something I can get my hands on now and get some range time in with
