It sure looked good and I'd like to try it but I'm sure it would dangerously elevate my cholesterol level.

I actually make this from time to time with a dipping gravy similiar to his but kicked up a notch with jalapenos.

Reminds me of a clip I saw on a food show, maybe on Discovery about a pub in Scotland that serves deep fried Snickers bars.
