Maybe that's why what we hear him say and what he does are opposites. The uh must be the translation.
Also Spokesperson Gibes does imulate the Pres's Uhs, Humm, may it's a secret language.

If Gibbs isn't the worst WH Press Secretary ever, he surely is the worst in a longggggg time. He should be forced to watch "West Wing" re-runs... with that eye-opening device from "A Clockwork Orange" installed!
