That vid is from SHOT '08. It was recently featured on some weapons show, I think "Future Weapons", where it took #3 of the top 10 CQB weapons.

The KRISS subgun took #1. How two guns that have never seen combat, and aren't really even in production, made the list is beyond me.

Also to note, Magpul did not invent the folding subgun, it has been done several times. Magpul did it with a glock slide and a polymer housing (lighter).

Saw that same program, and some of the other episodes highlighting various "Top 10s" of a given subgroup. Each time I'm disappointed; but what should I expect from a TV show? The Magpul Glock does look like a cool Bond toy, though.
