MSG KARL Halterman (RET)
I received an Email yeseterday informing me an SF brother has passed away in Colorado. MSG (RET) Karl Halterman died of an apparent heart attack. I know 10th SFG (A) QP's will remember Karl especially those in Bad Toelz with me from 1987-1990. While in Bad Toelz Karl was the 18Z working on the SOTA back then.
The only other information is the email you can send a condolence letter if you so choose to his wife:

Rest In Peace Brother.
Karl and I were on 041 at Ft Devens in the early 90's. Karl was the 18F. Karl is the 4th of the guys who were on the team at that time who have passed on. Ricky, Mike, Fergie and now Karl. Mike used to cook lunch for the team. Sometimes it was a fishfry from what he caught on the weekend other times it some kind of bean soup in the crock pot.
Anyway, I hope their all together enjoying Mike's lunches and some cold ones.
