I came across an interactive map at the included link. It is possible to examine any country for economic stress, which breaks down further into unemployment rate, foreclosure rate, and bankruptcy rate.
Bexar county, where I am, has 6% unemployment, 0.87% foreclosure, and 0.53% bankruptcy for a total of 7.31 on the index.
BTW - be sure to expand the map using the toggle button on the lower right hand corner...it's far easier to use that way.
