My Teacher’s Dog Ate My Homework!

In an effort to change careers, my wife is a full time substitute teacher for a woman who gave birth at the beginning of the school year.

We recently got a new puppy.

Given the thread title and the intro, you can fill in the rest.

This is our third Akita pup, but, since puppy-hood is relatively short, it’s easy to forget the damage that they can inflict. I warned my wife repeatedly to keep stuff out of harm’s way. I wish I’d taken pictures of the debris.

I wish I'd thought of calling him that! I chose Tsunami if we bought another female. This is Kumori.

Our last Akita was Kobe in tribute of the earthquake that hit on the anniversary of our Northridge quake.
