Ninth Circuit Decision in Nordyke

http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastor...20/0715763.pdf

The plaintiff gun-show promoters lost in their bid to overturn a county ordinance prohibiting firearms on county property, but the Ninth Circuit made an important ruling that the Second Amendment applies to state and local governments through the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment. On balance, a win for gun owners in the most liberal federal appellate court.

Some Nordyke analysis

For those who might be interested in why the Ninth circuit reached the decision it did, this is a good starting point:

Wow...never would have guessed that outcome. I'm (pleasantly) shocked, honestly.

This has nothing to do with this case, but; we can expect all kinds of gun control attempts by this admin. I would remind some what Jefferson said.

The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep & bear arms is,
as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government”. - Thomas Jefferson
