Yes, Virginia, one person can make a difference

Often times we may wonder if our individual actions can really make a difference. I'm proud of my baby brother...he learned this lesson recently. I received this email from him yesterday.

So, you can stop wondering.

So, I got an NRA email about an Indiana Senate bill they needed support for, so I emailed my state Senator.

He didn't know anything about the bill and asked me to follow up with details, so I sent him a description and a link to it on the Indiana government website.

It passed the other day 42-8!!!

HOW'S THAT FOR CHANGE?

Right On!!

Maybe the NRA should email that story to everyone on their list!!

I sent a letter about flag desecration to my Congressman and got a letter back telling me they would vote for the bill to ban it. Glad to know that someone took the time to even read the damn thing!!

Tell your bro that his fellow NRA members are proud of him and thank you.
