In academia...especially at the larger campuses...it's a 'publish' or 'perish' mentality...and name recognition counts. Ask Ward Churchill how it works.

I've taken the liberty and sent the information the UCLA professors Thomas Gillepsie and John Agnew have brilliantly concluded to the "United States Department of Airsoft" and they responded immediately! And I quote:
“We intend to dispatch a "Paint Team" to the vicinity the UCLA Professors Gillepsie and Agnew have pointed out as soon as we finish our homework and eat dinner.”

I predict Bin Laden is masterfully hiding 6 feet underground courtecy of a barrel-chested man from a far off land.

I read the report this morning of Fox News and was just waiting to see the reaction from my favorite website (PS.com of course). Who needs the CIA when you have access to the academics at UCLA? Although my vote does not count for much, I think we should give them each a Jr spy kit and send them to recon the sites.

I have a feeling that in some remote cave, several rats are pondering this question. One of the rats speaks up and says, "He did taste like chicken."

LOL Trapline! Brilliant idea, we might just save some soldiers lives in the process....and get rid of some lefty liberal socialist brainwashers. Don't forget the Cracker Jacks compass too!

I spoke with Tom Gillespie about the bin Laden project.
He and his project members have good intentions. IMHO, they are not trying to make a name for themselves or one-up the intel community, they are trying to further scientific research with remote sensing to track human beings the same way scientists track animals. He told me they didn't think the project would get that much attention, nor was it their intention to bring the media spot light upon the project. Once the project was complete, they contacted the FBI with their findings.
Obviously, bin Laden is skilled in the art of evasion, and human nature differs from that of animalistic instinct. But their efforts are noble, and they want to see bin Laden dead just as much as we do.
