Not sure if this is the correct location for this but here goes: I have a buddy in the course with me who purchased a used vehicle after we began language back in September 08. He has still not recieved a title and the business has been shut down. The owner of the business now works as a dealer at Power Swain Chevrolet. This guy has given my buddy nothing but BS answers. My friend has gone to the DMV and they are aware of the dealers antics. However, there has been no resolution to date. He went to JAG but was informed that this is a civil matter. Can anyone recommend a good civil attorney in town?
