Well, here I am. I've been out of the loop for what seems an eternity. I haven't posted for some time as my life has taken some interesting turns over the past several months.
SFAS and the Q course are now completely out of the question. That's ok. P.A. school is looking better and better.
On to the subject of my health. It's what caused my waiver to be kicked back.
Now I find myself preparing for a lap nissen to correct a hiatal hernia, in hopes of reversing the massive esophageal erosion that has occurred over the past 4 yrs. I go under the knife (and other misc. torture devices
) on the 20th of Feb. Then 2-3 wks conv. leave, then another 6 to 8 wks of profile, etc.
Thank goodness I've been training with cross-fit. I won't lose too much...I hope.
Anyhow, as I've been gone from the site for so long, and so many other issues have arisen (life does go on) I wish to say, again, a huge thank you to everyone here for the support and well wishes, as well as advice in my previous prep. for the SFAS/QC. I couldn't think of a better community in which to take part. You guys rock!
