This one is for real, but I couldn't believe it when I read the included email text (copied from email itself):

"I need the Command S-4's to send this information to the Units under your Command. There has been 2 injuries associated with Dime/washer Drill on the M16A2 being performed improperly. The attachment outlines the proper way to do this drill.
No response is needed to this office."

1st question: How in the world do you get hurt doing dime/washer drills?
2nd question... No seriously, how in the world do you get hurt doing dime/washer drills? Sheesh.

My response?

"Since this command only uses M4s, this doesn't apply."
