Grab your tin-foil hats and battle rattle...it may only get worse.
Pennsylvania Democrat Philip J. Berg, who filed a lawsuit demanding Sen. Barack Obama present proof of his American citizenship, now says that by failing to respond Obama has legally "admitted" to the lawsuit's accusations, including the charge that the Democratic candidate was born in Mombosa, Kenya.

There is none, that is the point, the rumors are reaching new levels in the Tin Foil Hat arena. This is right up there with Big Foot and 9/11 was an inside job. At present pace I see a new venue for conspiracy theorists and a new series for the History Channel.
On the other hand though, B-Ho could have put all this to rest long ago and with little effort.

Along those lines, here's an e-mail I just received from one of my son's out on the "LEFT Coast."
Pop,
I was listening to Coast to Coast AM with George Nooney--the ghosts, UFOs, Big Foot show--and one guest was on claiming that he just back from Afghanistan. The guy, Robert Young Pelton, started talking about the "back pack nukes" that "SF carries on their back". His quote, "Special Forces were trained to uses these nukes to carry out suicide bombings". He also said, "They would have to assemble them (the back pack nukes) together that would be the size of a small fridge". Just letting you know. This is the kind of disinformation you were always telling us about and is everywhere out here, this kind of shit and half-truths.
FYI, he's managing my ranch in the Sacramento Valley until we sell it. Makes me proud when he does what he's been taught--takes in the info, analyzes it, and then thinks for himself.
As for the guy's remarks about SF 'suicide bomgings'--other than having his 'facts' all wrong, I never met anyone in SF who would have bought into that nuclear kamikaze concept.

How could he have done this? I am not being a smart ass, just asking a legitimate question. From all the research I have done on the subject it seems prior to June of this year he would not release the birth certificate, which caused the conspiracies to start.
After it was released there have been a ton of people that have come out saying it is a forgery. Other than what he has done, what else would convince people? Obviously releasing the birth certificate didn't do it.
I am not saying there may not be something fishy going on, but what proof could the man have offered that would have put this to rest, other than what he has given? If it is releasing other types of documents, what is the standard of other candidates having to release the same kind of documents?
I am not an Obama fan by any stretch of the imagination, but this is all getting a little too far out in left field if you ask me. No pun intended.

The problem was he didn't release a copy. A scanned "something" was posted at one site, IIRC, and then moved to one of his sites. The scanned "something" has a number of issues.
Again, while he is in HI seeing grandma he could go over to where the copies are kept, get a true copy and release it to the waiting press. Should be worth a point or two in the polls unless............
Again, so simple to kill off but he will not. Makes a person wonder.

Absolutely. A guy who establishes a pattern of not answering direct questions with direct answers should not be surprised that he gets even more questions and that his partial answers receive increased scrutiny.
(Senator Obama, may we see your academic transcripts? How about any and all documents related to your editorship of the Harvard Law Review? How about earlier drafts of your memoirs?)
By way of contrast, Jim Steiner is a perfect example of a politician answering a direct question with a direct answer.

Isn't this a course of study in law school?
BTW--is a " who guy" similar to a Dead Head?

The next thing you know there will be rumors about the fact that BHO is a secret SF operative, cousin to the POPE who is cousin to the anti-christ and an ordained priest who is really the secret lover of GWB and that he really wants to bring back the confederate states of America....
tisk, tisk, tisk, an idle mind truly is the devil playground......
LUNACY AT ITS BEST AlWAYS FINDS ITS WAY INTO HEATED AND PASSIONATE POLITICS SUCH AS THIS...
No matter who gets elected on 11/4 every one of us who could, would answer the call if POTUS asked us to serve again.

Do you have to prove "natural-born citizenship" and age when filing for the Office of POTUS; if so, how?

Not sure, but your supppsed to be a Natural Born US Citizen to be POTUS. It is the same reason Schwartzanegger can't run for POTUSm but Arnolds status is more straight forward.
Laws have changed as to the requirements of a US Natural Born Citizen, but the arguement is that B-Ho is in essence Grandfathered into earlier requirements. No different than me not be able to view my actual birth and adoption records because the Law was different in 1962.
And when you think about it, if you bend the rules for one person then where does it stop?
Micheal Savage is semi-nuts but he made a good point on his Radio Show regarding B-Ho's trip....if his Grandmother is in such poor condition that required him to leave the campaign with so few days left....why didn't Michelle and the Kids go to visit as well?
