MD Guard 70th, Reg. & Det 2, HHD 2-20 SF GP

Hello all,

I've been seeking out as much information as possible on the NG SF. This site has been a great help and I want to thank everyone who has contributed.

I reside in the MD area. It seems that the nearest SF unit is at Glen Arm, MD. I have not found a great deal of information on the Company at Glen Arm. Could anyone enlighten me on the process of trying out for the unit? For those who posted about joining other Co., thank you.

Finally, the MD Guard posted information on a Det. being created within the 70th Regiment. I have found very little information on this detachment. I believe it is Det 2, HHD 2-20 SF GP. If you have any information I would greatly appreciate it if you posted or PM'ed me.

Thank you all.

If you have questions specifically for Bco, 2/20th SFG(A) I suggest you ask them directly. The POC for them can be found if you look here.

While it is possible to house NG units together, in the same armory, which could be the case here, the Det wouldnt be a part of 70th...

In the future, the search button will save you and us some time... If you hope to have SF in your future, learn to do some work on your own... We demand it.

HTH,

Crip
