Another gun-free zone shooting

Most likely will not hear about it, but two VCU students were shot last night near their dorms in a robbery - one badly wounded. I actually ate dinner a block away from where they were shot a few hours before it happened.

Last year a student was shot in the back and murdered as well.

Wait I thought VCU was a gunfree zone

Last week there were numerous armed robberies on the campus of ODU in Norfolk as well. One robbery occurred and within an hour a house was broken into and a female was sexually assaulted and then shot in the leg.

The articles say "near", but all students consider these areas on-campus.
