I was wondering which MOS is best in order to go the SF route? IN? MP? SC? MI?

Don't underestimate the Army Band as a starting off point. Food services, another underrated option.
It's way more about what you bring to the table as a person, than what you're going to learn in some Army AIT.
Having said that.... INFANTRY.

The three greatest QP's I have ever had the opportunity to work with all started as generator mechanics. The one on my team used to be a barber, construction worker, and car mechanic in Puerto Rico, he brings a lot to the team. Like they said it's not the MOS it's the individual and what you have to offer your team outside of what the Q can teach you.
