Admin question for SFAS.

I have utilized the search thread and found some information, but I am hoping to speak with someone who is aware of current Army Reg. for attendance to SFAS.
I am a mobilized Reservist on Title 10 orders until 27SEP08. At the time of my mobilization (27SEP07) I was on RST status to attend the NQP with 20th. I was performinng drills and training as directed when I was placed on my current orders. I had not finished the training cycle and did not have a pargraph/line number with the training unit . I then and now belong to the USAR. I was taken out of the NQP program and put on my current orders.
My question is this: While now on Title 10 orders can I attend SFAS, granted standard pre-req's have been met?
I hesitate to ask this question, because it is my understanding that short of stop loss there are very few, if any, cicrcumstances that prevent a Unit from allowing a soldier to attend.
I have recieved multiple degrees of resistance from my chain of command on this issue. I have watched the same COC send multiple soldiers to NCOES', training seminars, etc. I have spoken with local QP POC's who were helpful but did not have a direct answer for this question.
There are follow on questions, but I am adressing the 25m target.
Thank you for your time.

Have you called the Guard/Reserve LNO at SWCS?

Any info you get here will be heresay, and completely unenforcable.

I would want the answer from the horse's mouth.

ADMIN Title 10

For future reference: the answer is No, direct from the SGM Liason. Once "Federalized" onto orders, that is where you belong until they expire.
Appreciate the guidance, however this thread could probably be closed out.
