VA, DoD getting better on healthcare coordination

WASHINGTON - The departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs have improved their coordination and collaboration on providing healthcare to military personnel and veterans, but several recommendations made by a presidential task force five years ago have still not been acted upon completely.
