The sad truth is - you're right. This is what happens when ethnicity trumps national identity. Another example of multi-culturalism run wild. Fail to control illegal imigration, fail to encourage assimilation, fail to promote a NATIONAL identity and soon enough we can have the Balkans right here in North America. If we want to see the USofA continue, we'd better do something besides wring our hands and spout platitudes.

If something like this happened in the U.S. I wonder how we'd feel if Russia stepped in and said "We support your states bids for independence and will provide them with military assistence should you try and intervene to keep them in the union."
