Seeking Advice

I plan to go to Selection as soon as I get back from my deployment. I've read many books and looked online for training tips. However, nothing beats first hand informantion and wisdom. I am open to all types of advice in all areas. What ever you would suggest to help better prepare myself for the Selection process and Q Course would be greatly appriciated. Thank you for your time.
